This 60 min class consist of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in an intentionally fast but deep movement. This class is great for beginners.

You will perform all 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. The instructor will lead the energy and movement of the class. Please follow the etiquette for this moving meditation yoga class.
